54. Ref Doc 93, 13/04/26 , CSU 35717144 . QUALITY OF SERVICE OF CWA : I wrote to Whatsapp CWA. They provided me a phone number of their office to call. I call it says the 'number does not exist'. I want to know from the CWA when on which day does THAT PARTICULAR CWA meter reader comes, so that on that SPECIFIC day I let my gate open or even his contact number to liaise directly with him . Since the guy only comes ONLY when I am OUT. During holidays/weekends/ when I am absent from work he NEVER comes to take readings.

Again same issue of DODO/FLAMMANT harassing me, hindering my tranquility and peace of mind , PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE by DODO/FLAMMANTS, throwing, stealing, putting 'sticks' pushing. I am surrounded by Psychopaths and they STILL HAVE NOT cut off their litchi tree that has Damaged my metal sheets and all these leaves have been falling into my garden. I recently cleaned the leaves and it filled four dustbin bags of 110L of dead leaves, broken branches and rotten litchi falling into my property. At the roof top those rotten leaves and litchis have even been blocking my drains and water have been accumulating during rain on my top terrace. 16/12/25

Is this the way they work ? I no more have any TRUST in the Sanitary Office/Health Office, under the Ministry of Health & Wellness nor in the Minister/Junior Minister of Health and Wellness. God forbids, tomorrow their children/spouses/parents also eat a cake from Constituency 18 and find metal wire/dirt/poison in it. There will be VICTIM BLAMING. I go to work, I felt hungry and bought a cake, there was a metal wire in it and this is the Result. I got my lesson, I will NOT contact the Sanitary/Health Office again under this Minister/Junior Minister (nor trouble the CSU about Food poisoning issue). Same as those case of DRUG we see in the news/SST , Tomorrow they can even say 'supposedly I PLANTED a METAL in their FOOD' . They are in connivance with each other. I feel let down by people of constituency 18 once again. I live alone, while going to work, I felt hungry and bought some food with my honest salary money and this is the result , even with food they temper and play with to Cause me harm. They also there THROWING ROCKS into my garden , had even attacked from late Brother VIKASH on the roads and there was Police cases against them. and eventually they were KICKED out of that house that they were renting in DODO and their Magazin/shop in Lalouise CLOSED DOWN.
